Registration for SUMMER CAMP 2018 opened on Tuesday, September 5, 2017! Please note that our Hybrid DD Camps, Ranger Camps,Teen Camps and Horse Camps are FILLING very quickly - Please call our office at 513-867-0600 to register and/or check availablity OR register online to secure your camper's session(s) as spaces are limited.  

Since 1926, YMCA Camp Campbell Gard has been dedicated to “Character Through Camping.” Camp Campbell Gard has provided thousands of campers with an unforgettable experience that includes adventure, fun and friendship! 

Our summer camp offers outstanding programs which encourage campers to grow in spirit, mind, and body. We offer a wide variety of hands-on, outdoor activities including but not limited to; horseback riding, mountain biking, high and low ropes courses, sports, swimming, creative arts, zip lining, archery, canoeing and so much more.

Our evenings are filled with programs such as campfires, counselor hunts, “House Games” and nature night!

      

Each member of our team of highly trained staff is committed to being an incredible, positive role model for your camper. They proudly execute their daily job by exemplifying our core values: caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith.  Camp provides boys and girls with an exciting, safe experience that they will remember for a lifetime.

ALL CAMP FEES and (2) REQUIRED FORMS (Health Information Form and Parent/Camper Confidential Form) ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE MAY 15, 2018.                                                      (Camp Fees and (2) Required Forms are due immediately for ALL registrations completed after May 15, 2018).  

Please follow the REQUIRED Check-In/Check-Out Procedure and UPDATED Medications Packing Procedure as noted below:

  • REQUIRED CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Please complete the required check-in PROCEDURE located in the Visitor Parking Lot as follows: Office Staff (REQUIRED), Nurse (if applicable) and Camp Store (if applicable)

PLEASE NOTE THE UPDATED/REVISED PACKING PROCEDURE FOR MEDICATIONS:

1.) Place each dose in a “Small Coin Envelope” with camper’s name and mark as prescribed per original prescription package. (Example: John Doe - Monday am (will be administered @ Breakfast)/John Doe - Tues at Lunch/John Doe - Wednesday (Bedtime/if evening medication, must clarify Dinner or at Bedtime). 

2.) Place all prepared coin envelopes for entire week in a large GALLON ZIP-LOCK bag with original packages/bottles of medications so that the Nurse may have all prepacked meds available with correct dosage per label instructions to dispense accordingly.

3.) Please call our office at 513-867-0600 if you have any questions BEFORE arriving at camp.

4.) Please remember to stop at the INFIRMARY on your child’s last day of camp to pick-up any remaining medicines.

ALL OVERNIGHT CAMPS: Check-In: SUNDAY from 2:30pm-3:30pm.                                      Check-Out: FRIDAY at 5:00pm. 

ALL HORSE CAMPS: Long Pants and Leather Boots with 1/2 inch heel ARE required.                 Boots are NOT provided by camp.  Rain Boots or Rubber Boots are NOT acceptable.

HYBRID DD CAMP: Check-In: Monday-Friday DAILY at 9:00am (Optional Overnight stay on Thursday). Check-Out: Monday-Friday DAILY at 5:00pm.

HALF DAY HORSE CAMP: Check-In: Monday-Friday DAILY from 8:30am-8:45am.                  Check-Out: DAILY at Noon ONLY.

HYBRID FIRST-TIMER/RANGER/SUPER-SIZED CAMPS: Check-In: Monday-Friday DAILY from 8:00am-8:45am ONLY (Optional Overnight stay on Wednesday and/or Thursday).                     Check-Out: Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm-6:00pm ONLY and FRIDAY at 5:00pm.    

Please note that EACH session you register a Camper for requires a non-refundable non-transferable $100.00 deposit to be paid in full to secure your Camper(s)spot.
